HO&SAM Returns and Refunds Policy

To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have outlined our comprehensive Returns and Refunds Policy below. By placing an order with HO&SAM, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this policy.
Full Refund Eligibility
7-Days Refund Window
Complete refunds can be initiated within 7 Days of order placement for any reason, including but not limited to:
Damaged Products: If you believe the products are defective or damaged upon initial order placement.
Lower Quality Products: Concerns regarding the expected quality of the inventory.
Disturbed Packaging: Issues with product packaging integrity as described at the time of purchase.
Order Error: Any mistakes made during the order placement process.
After the 7-days window, orders will proceed for processing, and refunds will only be eligible for valid claims under Section 2 of this policy.
2.Post-Processing Refunds and Returns
Refunds or product returns after the initial 7-days window are eligible only under the following conditions for additional 7 days:
Valid Reasons for Refunds/Returns:
Damaged or Defective Products: Products that arrive damaged or defective in transit.
Packaging Issues: Products received with damaged, torn, or incomplete packaging.
Ineligible Reasons for Refunds/Returns:
Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be initiated due to a change of mind or decision not to proceed with the purchase.
Improper Storage by Customer: HO&SAM is not liable for damages caused by improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
3.Refund and Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
To initiate a refund or return, contact our customer support team via email at wholesale@hoandsam.com or through the designated section on our website. Include the following details:
Order number.
Detailed reason for the refund/return.
Supporting documentation (e.g., photographs of damaged or defective products).
Step 2: Request Review
HO&SAM will review your request within 3 business days of submission. If your request is approved, further instructions for refund or return will be provided.
Step 3: Return the Products
For approved returns, you must ship the products back to HO&SAM’s warehouse at: 461 US Highway 46, Shipfay, Fairfeild, New jersey 07004. Ensure that the items are:
In their original condition.
Packaged securely to avoid further damage during return transit.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
4.Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
For Eligible Refunds/Returns: Shipping costs for returns due to damaged or defective products or packaging issues will be covered by HO&SAM.
For Non-Eligible Returns: If the return is not covered by valid refund conditions (e.g., improper handling), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
5. Additional Notes
Non-Refundable Services: Fees for additional services (e.g., labeling, customization) are non-refundable unless the service was not provided as agreed.
Inspection of Returns: HO&SAM reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that fail to meet the stated conditions or are damaged due to customer negligence.
Timely Claims: Claims for returns or refunds must be made promptly to ensure efficient resolution.
